Travel to work or enjoyment should not feel drowsy at night. While on the road, you should try to do the following if you want to sleep better:
1 Put an electronic book to read, relax, and fall asleep
2 Use the eye mask to help keep the bed dark
3 has a comfortable earphone, or you can use a removable headset
4 Use C-shaped pillows that can support head and neck well during sleep.
