In the life of a woman, menstruation is a normal process and makes each woman experience different things. Each monthly period occurs each month, and it is different. On average, a woman's monthly period can last for 3 to 5 day but may vary by type of body, stress, mood, or other factors. At or before the arrival day, most women have many symptoms before menstruating. These symptoms can be painful during the time of hunger, food, strange, moody and may change over time. Most women suffer from menstrual periods. So let me show some simple tips to help relieve some menstrual cramps.
1. Heat
Take a bowl of water and pour it in hot water and then rub it on the belly. Do this while you rest to watch TV or sit or whatever behavior is comfortable for you. Warm baths also help. This heat will help ease the muscles and uterus to not get too much during menstruation.
2. Move down
Most women do not like to walk around during menstrual cramps but little movement or exercise can relieve pain because it releases hormones to ease the muscles of the uterus.
3. Reduce caffeine
Caffeine can be found in coffee, beverages, tea cans, and various energy drinks. Some women should avoid these drinks, as they may be helpful in reducing their menstrual cramps. Caffeine will cause shrinkage of the arteries, including the blood vessels in the womb, which can cause more pain during menstrual periods.
4. Ginger
This sounds strange, but ginger is really helpful in reducing menstrual cramps. It can reduce the amount of prostaglandin that causes pain. Honey and put in a cup of hot water for a few minutes, then you can eat it. You can eat it two or three times a day for better results.
5. Eat only
Most women's menstrual cramps are caused by caffeine and it decreases if not. If you avoid it and still suffer, it is not a good thing to avoid. So you can eat some because it can help relieve the pain.
6. Massage
Gently massage on the abdomen can help to ease muscles in the womb and relieve the pain. Some women may also agree that message at the back can help ease periods of menstruation.
7. Eat healthy food
Regularly eating green and green fruits can help relieve menial pain. Although this may not work for some women, it's still a good way to stay healthy.
8. Medication
If the pain is not relaxed naturally, it may be beneficial. Over-the-counter medications such as NSAIDs or Ibuprofen or Naproxen are all helpful.
9. Birth control pills
Using regular and accurate contraceptives may help to reduce the risk of menstrual irritation. Be sure to consult a physician for the correct use of birth control pills.
If the pain is not relaxed by using all the above methods and you still can not tolerate this pain and associated complications like fever or many periods, it's worth the time. Consult your doctor.
